Vacuum your rug lightly on a weekly basis and always avoid the fringes.
A more thorough vacuuming can be done monthly, but ensure to use a brushless suction head to prevent damage. We would recommend vacuuming the reverse of your rug on a monthly basis as well to give a more thorough clean and prevent moths.
